Shipping Policy

 Shipping time:  Free Shipping in 3 - 8 Business Days

  1. All orders are processed within 24 Hours or less.

  2. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless a specific carrier delivers on Saturday which most do.

  3. Carriers pick up packages every afternoon from our warehouses with the exception of weekends.

  4. Once a carrier takes a package to their sorting center, tracking information is applied and sent to us and then is immediately forwarded to your email address you used with your order.


Shipping & Delivery Delays: 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur from the carriers.


Covid-19 UPDATE:

As you know the recent pandemic has caused some slow down for shipping times with USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS but even at a high volume, they are doing an amazing job of keeping up with demand. Rest assured your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, usually much much sooner, and any delay in shipping will occur directly from the carriers. 

While most orders are still being delivered super fast as per our normal business model, occasionally there have been shipping delays in certain parts of the Country.  We continue to strive to get you super fast shipping on all orders and will continue this pursuit.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes: ships free to addresses within the Continental U.S.  Most P.O. Boxes accept our deliveries but in some instances you will need to pick up your package.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active generally within 24 hours.  Track your order


Customs, Duties and Taxes: (if applicable outside the USA) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages: is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. unless requests are made to customer support.
